A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I’ve never been good at sugarcoating. The songs I write come from the mess, the noise, and the quiet that hits when everything falls apart. Dressed to Spill and Everyone But Me are the truest things I’ve made so far. They’re rough around the edges, maybe a little heavy, but that’s life most days.
I grew up with alternative rock blasting through my headphones and I still chase that same feeling when I write. Guitars turned up too loud, vocals that don’t hold back, lyrics that say the thing you didn’t want to admit out loud. That’s what I love and that’s what I give back.
If my music feels like it’s talking to you, it’s because I needed someone to talk to when I wrote it. Simple as that.
